Returns and Exchanges Policy

If the item you receive is significantly not as described or is of very low quality, you can return your order for a full refund. If this is the case please email us at iberx.store@gmail.com and we'll help guide you through returning your item. In case you wish to return your order the return shipping fee will be paid by you. However, you can also choose to keep the product and agree to a partial refund amount directly with our customer service representative.

“The 60-Day Money Back Guarantee” is available under following circumstances:

1. Item must be returned to us with proof of purchase such as Order ID, Invoice ID, Transaction ID within 60 calendar days from the date of dispatch.

2. Return must be authorized by iBerx Store via email.

3. Item must be returned in its original & resell condition; packaging must not be broken where applicable.

4. Return postage and handling is buyer's responsibility.

5. Refund does not include original shipping cost. Refund will be credited back to the original payment method used by the customer at checkout.

iBerx Store may reject any returns under below circumstance at our discretion:

The detailed size cart is included in the description. The size you choose does not fit you well.

WHAT IF THE ITEM(S) I RECEIVED ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
Did you receive a faulty unit, or the wrong product or size/color?

Please contact our Customer Support team to start the return process. Please include the following information:

Order number
Video or photo of the faulty product (if applicable)
Complete delivery address
In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?
Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.

For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do:

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Make sure to provide your order number and the modification you would like to make and we’ll confirm once the modification has been made. Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled
